4:30 I'm not even a 50mm (equivalent) guy... but damn, the 14mm (21 equiv) and the 35mm (50 equiv) sound perfect for a long trip. And yes, I too would probably have the 14mm on most of the time as well. I'm a 35mm (full frame) guy, myself. That would be my one lens if I could only choose one. But a 21mm and a 50mm might be my only lenses if I could choose two.

Just curious - do you tip all those people you photograph on the street? I found in in Indonesia every now and then you will find a 'subject' who will outright demand money off you (plus sometimes ones who seem like decent enough people for me to want to tip them).

Not around corporate jets alot. Recently while hanging out at the airport in Sedona, Arizona, I saw a beautiful G500 or 550 sitting on the ramp. What a glorious piece of engineering!

Hi only subscribed today I’m still learning and use Godox My question is when my speed light is on my body it’s fine but when it’s off camera it seems to fire early,all of my practice with my daughter ends up with her having closed eyes.I have checked the settings on the x1 t trigger and they seem fine,have you any advice on this thanks in advance.

I think photojournalists color grade way too much for it to feel natural or “real”. Im all for enhancing colors but the colors that are there, not overly tweaked or replaced. A deep vibrant sunset with controlled saturation would have made the subject clothing pop and enrich the skin tones, less plastic feel due to the retouching. Idk, I think color grading video is one thing, but photos documenting cultures? Not so much. Need to preserve the authenticity of it.

I hope the mark 2 will retain the manual focus ring and hard stop!

I believe the 16mm f2.8 came out after this video. Since it has WR, just wondering if it has taken the place of your 14mm as the ultra wide lens in your kit?
